Single Twist Bugle – Overall length with mouth piece 18 7/8” – I cannot find any markings on this Bugle and believe that it was an import from France – It is most surely period – The cord attached to the Bugle is not correct. The cord is an infantry hat cord that has faded and in my estimation has not been on the Bugle for to many years. Otherwise the patina under the cord would be lighter than the balance of the Bugle – Lots of character and a piece that I’ve had before for a few years
